We know that as of 1 September a TV licence will be required to download TV programmes from the BBC.
I have a hosted server away from my premises, which is mains-powered equipment, and therefore not covered by my own TV licence (if any); the hosting company quite reasonably has no interest in covering it either. So I want to ensure that it will be unable to download TV programmes, even by accident, while still remaining available for radio. Any suggestions?
