added -lmuparse if it was detected
* getfem/getfem_export.h:
exporting was moved from
private to public in class pos_export.
* getfem/getfem_mesh_fem_global_function.h
and getfem_mesh_fem_global_function.cc:
if muParser was detected then
struct parser_xy_function:public abstract_xy_function
is avalable.(some changes in indent "\t"=>" ")
