Hi,

So you are trying to compile getfem on cygwin. It would be interesting to
figure out what incompatibilities there are with cygwin and fix them in the
build system of getfem but I do not currently have a cygwin setup to try
this.

Regarding the file getfem/getfem_im_list.h, it is part of the getfem
release tarball, can you check if it is present in your build directory?
