I think the post you refer to and Darryl's both work on the use case of
needing to pay to publish something, not to get it. Darryl had suggested his
work could be used for that case . See more on Daryl's work at

You can also search the mailing list as there are a number of references to
doing this/how to do it. But Darryl is correct, nothing in the code base
yet. So many people have talked about it, I am surprised no one besides
Darryl has offered some concrete insight into doing it!

Nate - any chance you have a pool of artists who would be interested in the
work? Seems like something that would be great to jointly fund across
multiple beneficiaries, a la social sourcing.
