you can do that programmatically by accessing the order manager and
using the id of the order.
Now, on the summary page of an order, you can maybe add a button to
allow a manager to delete an order.
On the summary page of all the orders, you can probably add a checkbox
for managers to select the orders they want and add button to delete.
