Hello Chris,

I think the second solution is the best ("we download everything and
just leave commented out of buildout"). It is easier for people to
uncomment something than checking out an egg in the right folder.

I like your new diagram. This is way better that the other one :-) and
this is really more clear. People can see at first look the
organization and probably it will make sense for anybody (not only
core developers).
