I didn't realize you had the sprint info on both openplans and the google code wiki. I suggest you keep just one place, doesn't matter which one, so we don't confuse people who want to help refine it. Another suggestion would be to link to the documentation that you seek to improve (so those reading this for first time will know what already exists). I tried to link to as many as possible in my presentation at Plone Conf, which you can find here: http://ifpeople.wordpress.com/2008/10/20/getpaid-talk-and-reflections-on-an-open-source-project/ Also, you may want to add a "Sign Up" area on the wiki page you choose to keep so users can put their name and contact details.
