I would create a new egg, like getpaid.offlinepayment and then hook it
to the checkout, the same way the payment processors are hooked to the
checkout. Then you can make it do whatever you want, e.g. send an
encrypted email with the CC info of the person (I am not sure if it is
safe to do that).
