getpaid.ogone is not included into the recipe. If you go to the recipe page: http://pypi.python.org/pypi/getpaid.recipe.release/1.4 , you can see the list of packages that are included.
I can include getpaid.ogone into the recipe, but it will be a few days before I can do that. For now, you will have to add the getpaid.ogone trunk egg by hand in your buildout.
