I am still having this problem of getting a checkout form after clicking 'Donate" with anonymous checkout set to on. I reran buildout with getpaid recipe 1.4.1. I also cannot fully uninstall GetPaid from quick installer panel - the GetPaid configuration option is still there although dead after uninstall. Still reports as version 0.7.0 although it appears to be 0.7.5 I am running Plone 3.2
