My guess is that getpaid was implemented piece by piece, and so the cart was implemented when the shipping wasn't existing yet. The shipping you see in the table is more like a placeholder. We can probably not show it yet or show it as not yet calculated. Otherwise, I don't think you are doing something wrong.
