With getpaud.paypal you have to add a zcml override to your buildout,  So
add getpaid.paypal-override to your instance zcml section.  (At least I
think that is what you need to add.  Check the egg for the actual file name
if that doesn't work)

What that does is allow the paypal processor to override the normal getpaid
checkout process with a new page that shows the paypal button and redirects
the user over to paypal.
