Hi there Marc

I use a custom Payment Processor for NetCash here in South Africa. Netcash
calculates the VAT when they receive the final amount for our store, and as
such, the amount is included on the bill. I merely used the VAT addon for
GetPaid in order to show the VAT amount on the cart, and on the order page
when the client logs in.

As for the PayPal processor, I unfortunately have no idea why PayPal is not
showing the tax amount on the bill. I will take some time this weekend, and
have a look to see if I can come up with something.
