Just in case. If you are using Subversion 1.6.x, please, check that you have
the latest setuptools (0.6c11). Setuptools 0.6c9 doesn't support SVN 1.6 and
building eggs from SVN 1.6 copies may cause missing files ("python setup.py
egg_info" in particular).
