I decided to use the universal installer and run buildout -c 334.cfg
I did some refactoring of the buildout on Monday morning to make it work
with recent Plone versions, and didn't know about the DevGettingStarted
document. I'll try to update it later today. It looks like I also made
a couple mistakes which left things broken, so I'll try to get that
sorted out as well. Thanks for the detailed report.
