Do they have responsive customer support? I ask this because I have
sent 3 emails to customer support requesting updates/information
regarding the license fix status and never hear back.
Has anyone else had these sorts of problems?
I have never had this sort of problem, but my experience with RS's
customer support is that it takes more than 72 hours to respond to
the simplest of emails.
