How does one define a FileType for Folders (mac OS X)...
'fold' is the Macintosh type code for folders.
'disk' is the Macintosh type code for volumes.
I don't know if a creator code is required. Try it without setting
that property, and if it doesn't work, try a creator code of '????'.
Thanks, works with creator code "????", didn't try with an empty string.
