I finally got a working solution, building (with Excel...) a large
case system :
Function getIcon (whichname as string) as picture
select case whichname
case thisname
thispictalias
...
end
End Function
Using this way names and pictures aliases, so I can directly assign
project-dropped pictures instead of loading image files, speed up the
launching time of my app from 32 seconds to 4 seconds...
I like such days!
