It seems obvious to me, from my experiences, that the number of
controls on your main window is the cause of the problem. Those things
we can't explain in the first try...
I've seen this happen just by leaving RB open for hours doing nothing
(overnight usually)
Find (cmd-F on the Mac) will suddenly bring up the help for a plugin.
Quitting RB and restarting it will fix it but the issue resurfaces
after some undetermined amount of time for no apparent reason.
