Right again. It was an out of bounds exception. I finally found the
error message at the bottom of the window (as you suggested). Thanks

You can also use me.ColumnType(0)=2 before you addrow(s) if you
wish to set all rows in the column to be a checkbox type.
You probably got an OutOfBounds error for the cell method.
