Hi,
I have the same problems on OS X 10.4.6 Intel (RB 2006r2)

I compile to Mac O and have added my own Ico, that is just the ico  
inside the bundle that have the crossed circle. And the app looks to  
work....

When i compile i also have problems with my custom app ico, mostly i  
have to copy and paste the application to get the correct ico..
