It seems that if one passes a control to a method as a generic
control, e.g.,
DoMethod(theControl) // where theControl is actually an EditField
and the params of DoMethod receive it as follows:
DoMethod(theControl as Control)
The calls to IsA in DoMethod don't recognize that control as an
EditField.
It doesn't help to send the control across as "me", either.
Any suggestion on how to do a generic pass of a parameter to DoMethod
and STILL have IsA recognize what sort of control is being passed?
