I'm not sure what version of RB you're using, but if you're using RB555, I don't think there is an easy way.
One way is to export the project as XML and move all of the blocks into the position you prefer. A more risky way is to delete an item, then immediately undoing the delete. When you undo the delete, the item show up at the bottom of the list. Sounds scary, but it's OK for small projects. The easiest, and safest way I know, is: Make a new folder and drop the items into it in the order you prefer.
