I believe that "me" is a reserved word--it's an operator that retrieves the object whose code is currently executing. For example if you had a PushButton with its Caption property set to "Push Me", in the Action event for that PushButton you could say MsgBox me.Caption and it would put up a dialog box that said "Push me".
