I know it's a bit early, I thought It would be a while before I
finished this but here it is.
SpeakAssist 2007 Release 1 For Macintosh is now available at the
following sites:
IndianaSkySoftware.com or SpeakAssist.com
You can download the Win32 version however I have not tested it yet
due to the fact I don't have Virtual PC working yet.
The Mac version is finished and it is available at the site listed
above.

What it is:
A program that lets people with speech impairments type in what
they want to say or use a on screen keyboard and click Say It
