I am reading the manual and I am on page 194 of the Language Reference
I see RemoveRow but I do not see how to figure out what the number
is for the selected item

Read the links I sent yesterday. It will take about 5 minutes and
will answer pretty much anything you'd want to know about listboxes
and how they work.
