I was using RB2005R2 and could not get it done, I tried it with 2006R3 and had
no problems.

Most versions of REALbasic 2005 and greater supported copy of folders
(and contents) between Projects. I think there was only one release
where I reported it that this was broken -- fixed in the following
release.
