Thanks for all of your comments. I did try to download the latest
Calendar Control and put it in the plugins folder, but still does not
show up in the Other Controls view. Will work with it a little more,
or open a project that uses the plugins and see if I get square boxes.

Most of Einhugur's plugins are controls, so if they show up in the control
list, they are loaded, if not, they're not!  Another sure way to know is to
try to use one of the plugin's command.  If it fails to compile the plugin
is not loaded.
