A very general question, so the generic answer is open the text file,
making use of the examples in the Language Ref under TextInputStream
and/or post a question if unclear how to open a text file, then read
each line and insert the data into the listbox as appropriate. For
example, if you want each line of the text file to become a row in a
single column listbox:

ListBox1.Addrow = f.MyTextInputStream.Readline
Loop Until TextInput.EOF

However, other issues will arise concerning the manner in which the
data in the target file is formatted if your objectives include more
than just a simple line to line transfer.
