Hi Kazu, It turns out this was an error on my part - thank you for pointing it out. I've confirmed this exists with the current RC2 bindist. My apologies.
We'll be syncing the Cabal submodule with the newest Cabal release once Johan pushes it out, so this shouldn't happen again. Thanks!
