Sorry about that; at the time I was having trouble with my build bots and I've continuously had trouble remoting into the Win32 machines I have... The 64bit build bots worked fine, but the 32 ones consistently had flaky internet connectivity, to the point I couldn't bootstrap GHC itself. I tried yesterday again, and seem to have fallen pray to something else (which makes it so I cannot RDP in at all right now, it seems).
I've actually assembled a new PC here (that I have not yet installed Windows on) however, so hopefully I can shortly get binaries up.
