When I posted the (attached) POST request to newticket, I got the
following error. It did correctly add the ticket to the
database. I've elided the form token from this.
Trac detected an internal error:
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'split'
Here's the contents of the POST request (my guess is that I put
something bad in the CC field):
