LiquidHaskell does not use `{-@ LIQUID ... @-}`, we just write the annotation 
inside `{-@ ... @-}` :)

This sounds exactly like the existing ANN pragma, which is what I've wanted 
LiquidHaskell to move towards for a long time. What is wrong with using the ANN 
pragma?
