Hi Eric,
Unfortunately, we could not get hold of the owners of the cachix so it
is not available for ghc.nix anymore. It was, however, not going to
significantly speed up ghc builds anyway, most of the dependencies for
GHC builds are cached anyway and the most time is taken by building GHC ^^
