This was not the suggestion. I think I explained very clearly that it is not a substitute for a "contribution policy". But for Moritz and myself it does a better job at capturing the opposing positions, which I do not think the current policy draft delivers. I don't have a strong opinion on what the GHC project does or does not do. It's more likely we will adopt this statement for ourselves. But we felt it was worth sharing.
