Just to chip in on the editor discussion. I did post to this mailing
list a while ago when I first released VHDL_Cheat. Since then I've got
it working on Linux as well as windows.

Basically it just provides a template for entities, architectures and
packages - you just enter the name and it puts this into the template
text and copies to the clipboard - using the clipboard allows you to use
this code wizard (for want of a better term) with any text editor. The
templates themselves are editable. I've released the software under GPL.

If this is any use to the guys interested in the web stuff then feel
free to pilfer the source code.

Cheers

Alex
