I couldn't upload to your Dropbox shared folder under Firefox 4 (at least on a Mac), did manage under Safari. The Dropbox app is a little too intrusive for my tastes, I won't operate it on my Mac. I sent you separate email including an updated build_distribution script and assorted explanations of dependencies should you be able or interested in trying to build a ghdl mcode version locally. Compressed the installer app is 1.27 MB and should be considered a first effort. I'll switch to generating a .dmg disk image sometime soon, adding a bit of eye candy along the way. The ghdl mcode build_distribution script allows building from source downloaded directly from the subversion repository on gna.org, and I modify exactly zero files, fulfilling GPL distribution requirements. There's a gtkwave app distribution available from the eng-osx page on SourceForge that may be usable. It's 44 MB. I'm trying to stay out of the gtkwave distribution business. The sources look very large to build on a Mac with all the sundry libraries. Alternatively for the Xcode user, install Macports then 'sudo port install gtkwave' - it'll take hours, including gtk2. I operate under a bandwidth cap here and you can imagine in general it's easier to build someone else's software from source rather than get in the distribution business. I saw the ghwviewer thread in ghdl-discuss, I think you could manage to get that working under Mac OS X. Linux sounds problematical. Sounds like something that ought to be done in Java for portability and compactness. I copied this to the ghdl-discuss.
