Windows XP, 32 bit, SP3
The changes to ortho/mcode/ortho_code-x86* seem to have fixed the
Windows stack issues that I know of:
- resolution testcase[2] works
- even-number-of-statements testcase[3] works
- my homebrew processor testbench[4] runs
