The ghdl-0.31 source release package went up a few days ago. I wanted to upload it, test it on a couple of computers and announce it immediately; however life intervened, so I apologize for the delay!
I have now built it on a couple of new systems, both mcode and gcc, (linux 32-bit and linux 64-bit) with no problems (well, one : the machine I built the gcc version on is new, and didn't have libz installed : after "apt-get -t testing install libz-dev" the resulting ghdl worked fine). I have also heard of a successful MacOSX build.
