Hi Joris,

I actually emailed the IEEE-SA after the license change to the -2008
files to see if they would apply the same terms to the supplemental
material from earlier standards, but apparently they have no plans to do
so. Perhaps it would be worth asking again, or asking through the
vhdl-200x mailing list?

The VITAL packages, unlike the 1076.3 packages, are not available from
the IEEE supplementary material website. Instead the source code of the
packages is embedded directly in the 1076.4 standard text.
