Done. The dump is attached.
I also attached config.status, the error comes from there. The expansion of 
CFLAGS, with all the spaces it contains, makes the error. I could only make it 
work by generating another script (sedcmds), see my previous diff.

Not me. I'm doing a generic script for Archlinux distrib so I write it assuming 
people can have spaces.

Argh. The laposte.net smtp server is unreachable these days and I'm not used to 
the webmail.

I thought so, this was in the old package build script, so I just kept it. I've 
no idea about the actual impact these stuff have on simulation speed (ditto for 
lto which also seems enabled).
