% ghdl -r reg --stop-time=100ns
./reg:info: simulation stopped by --stop-time
But this does not:
% ghdl -r reg --time-resolution=ps --stop-time=100ns
./reg:error: time resolution is ignored
This option is supported only when time is on 32 bit, which is not
anymore the case.
