originally defined in grt_sigsegv_handler() found in linux.c:

Note the comment on line 88 of jumps.c saying grt_sigsegv_hander() is only used
by mcode.
Without more research I couldn’t tell you whether or not you need it in i386 on
Linux (or whether or not an i386 llvm based ghdl makes any sense). I was
curious about the missing declaration.
