[Gimp-developer] LinuxUser article about GIMP 2.0

I wrote an article for the german LinuxUser magazine, and want to ask the
developers, to approve the article, before i'm going to publish it.

I hope, that i didn't make to many mistakes. So - any ideas
and help is appreciated.
