It takes ~7 sec on my 4 years old laptop (running Linux, a top model at the time of buying) and ~20 (or more) second on my old workstation (Windows) at work. While I agree with you on the tips thing, I think it's worth reminding that not everyone has a modern computer or uses Linux.
