You will probably need to provide more info. Trying to get a stack trace
out of the gimp would be ideal. If that doesn't work, tracing it
(on IRIX you use `par' to do that) and seeing what it's doing when the problem
happens might also be useful. Knowing what compiler and CFLAGS you used
to build it and the glib/gtk+ libraries might also be useful.
