I put a new version of my fourier plugin on the sourceforge cvs server.
I really need some help from a plugin developer to make it good. What
you can do now with it is fouriertransform a RGB image and cutting away
some parts in the frequency domain using the alphachannel then transform
the picture back without the parts that are masked out using the
alphachannel.
You are now able to view the picture in the frequency domain. Because of
gimps inability to handle float pictures I use a temporary buffer (a
file in /tmp).
I would appreciate some comments on this.
