Hello, We are getting more and more reports that automatic user interface language detection is broken on macOS Sierra, and the wrong language is used in the user interface of GIMP. If you've run into this issue, you can help us investigate this further.
Please download and run a script that Kristian Rietveld wrote, then reply to this email with the output. In the terminal window, please run: $ python script.py 3. Please select the output, copy it with Cmd-C, and paste it to your email.
