Hello and thanks in advance for your help, I've downloaded different version of GIMP like 2.10.10, 2.10.12, the installation is fine without error.
When i open the application and click on File --> New, i'm getting this error: Fatal error: unhandled exception. Everything is working fine except this action and even if i tried another version i've the same behaviour. I tried also to install it on other devices but still the same. this is what i've on logs; gimp-2.10.exe caused an Access Violation at location 0000000061825475 in module libgtk-win32-2.0-0.dll Reading from location 0000000000000000. Could you please tell me what's the root cause of this ?
