Sorry to post on such an old thread, but it's the first one I found that solved my problem (which persists on the latest version of GIMP 2.10.18) NightFlower's Advice Works for the HUION H610, driver version 6.1.7600.16385 (though I thought I had 12.3.7 installed, so I'm not sure) No idea on the 1060Pro+ sadly.
